RRB (Station Master) Recruitment-2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has Released a Separate Recruitment Notification for more than 1250 Station Master Posts through the CEN No. 08/2026. For the first time, RRB Ajmer will conduct the Station Master exam for all 21 RRBs across India. RRB Station Master Recruitment CEN No. 08/2026 Indicative Notification has been released on 21 October 2026, and online applications will be invited from 27 October to 25 November 2026. The RRB Station Master CEN 08/2026 Official Short Notice has been released in the 24-30 October 2026 Employment Newspaper.

This is a big change. Until now, Station Master posts were filled through NTPC, but the Railway Board has now separated them into their own notification with a new selection process. More than 25 lakh candidates are expected to apply, so start preparing now and keep checking the official RRB websites.
